timtrader Posted July 3, 2014 Report Share Posted July 3, 2014 Nearly every morning (Usually sometime after the first half hour of market hours) my linked Raw Data window stops responding (All data is cleared out in the window and the little blue circle shows when the mouse is hovered over that window.) Unfortunately, at the same time, the Dashboard window stops responding as well, so I'm unable to do an export for you. Some days, like today, the problem happens twice. Each time I have to use task manager to shut down MT since the dashboard isn't responding either. All other MT windows continue running. I use IQFeed for everything except for one Level II window and one Chart of the DOW ($DJI)....both of which I use TD Ameritrade for. Is there anything I can send you that might help?
