ehjump
Hello Jerry; The adjust scale option does not work when the indicator it is associated with is hidden. It worked in QT and is great function when one uses multiple indicators. I'll send you an email with pictures to illustrate.
Jerry Medved
Not everything works exactly the same way in MT as in QT. This one is as intended. If you wish to increase the scale on the Y axis, MT has options in the right click menu for the Y axis, as well as SHIFT + Click and drag on the Y axis to adjust. ehjump
Using the adjust scale for both hidden & unhidden indicator helps keep the y-axis on the two charts the same as price is updated during the day. See the charts in the email I sent you. This becomes really helpful when one has multiple charts with several indicators - you can split the indicators between charts to reduce cluster while keeping the y-axes the same on the charts. Note that the y-axes will be changing dynamically. Maybe you can move this topic to the feature request forum. I promise to not bother you for awhile if you include this feature - this feature helps significantly in dealing with having a lot of indicators on a chart. Please bear with me, I'm not trying to recreate QT - I understand and appreciate how much work this takes. Thanks in advance.
