rocarr
In QT when you had your crosshair on the priceline it would show in the indicator box the daily open, high, low and close price. Really miss that. MT just shows one price (closing, I guess). Also you could move the box to any corner, but that's not so important to me. 0 Jerry Medved
Huh? MT shows you a box with the OHLCV and time, and the price on the Y axis, and the prices of the indicators, and lets you move the box anywhere you want, not just a corner
0 rocarr
Huh? MT shows you a box with the OHLCV and time, and the price on the Y axis, and the prices of the indicators, and lets you move the box anywhere you want, not just a corner In the indicator box I only see the date, price and V. Am I missing a setting that adds the rest? And the box is movable anywhere (my bad)
0 Jerry Medved
I think you are using line charts. If you switch to candlestick or OHLC, you will see the other details
0 rocarr
Oh yeah, I see it on candles but I usually use line charts like I did in QT. Is that a bug?
0 Jerry Medved
it is not a bug. works as intended right now - the logic being that it shows what is displayed. Will see about adding it for regular line chart
0 rocarr
Thanks jerry. I see how to change the font size in charts but is there any way to set font to bold so it shows up better? and is there a way to show the market index panel like in QT? 0 Jerry Medved
chart fonts - no, can't do bold. Index panel - not at this time. We plan to implement that later

0 vrtrader64
When working with tick charts, it would be handy if the time were displayed with resolution finer than 1s. Can this be done?
0 teerandaz
Jerry: Looks like I am not doing something right. I don't see any info box on my candlestick historicals and no cross hair forms when I move my cursor horizontally across the candlesticks. Could you tell me what is to be checked/unchecked to get a cross hair and the OHLC, date, time, volume info box? Thanks.
0 Jerry Medved
@teerandaz if you hold down the SHIFT key while moving the mouse over the chart, the trace cursor and box (crosshairs) will show. if you hold down the CTRL+SHIFT key while moving the mouse over the chart, the trace will be freestyle instead of snapping to candles If you want the trace cursor to always show, you can set that on SETTINGS / CHARTS / General
0 teerandaz
Super! So, I take it the Program Help file is not yet ready, as it does not open when I click on it on the File tab. Do you have a time frame for the Help file? Thank you.
