Only one was enabled for streaming news so I enabled the other 2 this morning after getting an MT popup message (see below). So now that all 3 of my accounts have the streaming news subscription turned on, I still get the popup message each time after restarting MT. Quote
Jerry Medved Posted March 28, 2019 Report Posted March 28, 2019 that popup will come up if you have TD Ameritrade selected for news and the account used for quotes is not enabled for news. Recently TDA seems to be resetting that setting every month? Did you relogin since enabling streaming? If still no go, can you send the log to support. Quote
ydfah Posted March 28, 2019 Author Report Posted March 28, 2019 It never did this until after I installed the update this morning. Anyway, I just restarted MT and the messaged popped up again so I sent you the log file by using the send log button in the MT help window. Quote

mgherrington Posted March 28, 2019 Report Posted March 28, 2019 (edited) I also installed the update this morning, and now streaming quotes are not working for the indexes ($DJI, $COMPX, $SPX.X). Quotes are working fine for stocks and futures ... only the indexes seem to be impacted. TDA is my source for quotes. Any ideas?
