stocktrades
Hi Jerry and team, Will you be enabling trading for the following brokerages? Not just quotes, but being able to actually trade from the below brokerages? Scottrade Etrade TDAmeritrade (think I read you're already working on this) I'm sure there are many others users will be curious about as well in case you have a list you're working on. I'm still using TDAmeritrade with QT and can't wait to make the switch to your new software. Thank you!
stocktrades
Also meant to ask if you have any timeline on when will be out of beta or when above mentioned brokerages may be added for trading? Thanks again.
Jerry Medved
Etrade and TD Ameritrade are certainly planned. Scott rate is not likely, though I do plan to contact them don't have an ETA

chaseu2
Any plans for Schwab? Mainly need RT-quotes/charts, backfill, level2 for my IRA. Simple stuff. Special studies, paintbars, etc are a super bonus for me. Loved QT, looking forward to MT. thanks.
Jerry Medved
Schwab was not cooperative in the past. We may do their snapshot quotes, but unless we get their cooperation, we won't be able to implement other aspects of the datafeed. We do hope to tie into OptionsXpress (which is owned by Schwab), but have not explored it yet
Lew Payne
I've found the OX API department to be less than responsive. Fortunately, the OX interface hasn't changed much since the old days... POST and GET emulation of SOAP are still supported, and the XML defs are still online. Using the defs and a bit of deduction, it's possible to see the new features (API hooks) that were added/extended to support more order types, etc.

Jerry Medved
as soon as we get streaming data API from them, we will implement it. Getting it is like pulling teeth
