I need to get the log file to see what the problem is. Please do the following: Go to FILE / HELP => Send Log/Settings to support menu (from Dashboard or Portfolio) And add this Post’s URL in the comment. Jerry Medved Posted November 28, 2021 Report Share Posted November 28, 2021 Oh, 5 second charts would basically require 12 times the amount of memory, CPU usage to a regular chart, so that would definitely cause higher CPU. If you use that, you will want to restrict TICK data to 1 day and lower the max for how many days can be on the chart. Both on SETTINGS / CHARTS / GENERAL.
