vireya Posted May 17, 2014 Report Share Posted May 17, 2014 Using TDA, I find that many times during the day, my symbols/prices/vols are not updating I hafta click stop/start OR switch to Y! source for a cpl seconds (which are delayed) and then back to TDA and then I get current quotes I can tell this cuz I frequently have QT up on another screen at same time and see vol is different on same stock, QT vs MT Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Jerry Medved Posted May 17, 2014 Report Share Posted May 17, 2014 when the quotes stop, what is shown on the Dashboard for TDA for status and for the symbol count in the Level 1 column? Next time it happens, please export the settings with LOG FILE option checked before doing anything to restart the quotes and email me the export.
