TDA Quotes stop on their own

Using TDA, I find that many times during the day, my symbols/prices/vols are not updating

 

I hafta click stop/start

OR

switch to Y! source for a cpl seconds (which are delayed) and then back to TDA

 

and then I get current quotes

 

I can tell this cuz I frequently have QT up on another screen at same time and see vol is different on same stock, QT vs MT

when the quotes stop, what is shown on the Dashboard for TDA for status and for the symbol count in the Level 1 column?

 

Next time it happens, please export the settings with LOG FILE option checked before doing anything to restart the quotes and email me the export. Thanks

you musta fixed it in the last update cuz now QT is lagging MT in vol numbers

If L1 is 0, you don't have any quotes running.  Does the button on the portfolio window that has TD Ameritrade as the source say START or STOP?
