Add option to drag items on the quick access bars in charts

Would be really nice if you could add the ability to drag items on the quick access bar so we can sort them.  Many times I have accidentally removed something at the start of the bar then I have to delete all the items on the bar so I can add the one I removed back to the beginning of the bar, then go back and add all the others again.  Takes quite a bit of time vs if you could just drag and resort things..

QAT stuff is out of our control. We will be updating MT To a new version of the Ribbon stuff. Will see if that has more flexible QAT handling
