mlsignups
I have a paintbar on my daily chart that paints horizontal lines at key phycological levels like 100M valuation, 500M valuation, etc. by using a variable called SymbolData.SharesOutstanding It worked for a long time well but I just noticed it's no longer showing on my screen. I also noticed that when the paintbar displays along the top there is a red "X" to the right of it, although the paintbar editor does not give me an error. It's possible I messed something up; but also it's possible I guess you removed support for SymbolData.SharesOutstanding or changed something? My data is from TDAmeritrade and also Interactive Brokers as a backup. Thanks Edited August 4, 2022 by mlsignups
Mike Medved
It's interesting that it is showing X but not in the editor. I am seeing huge integers in your code, bigger than an int should be. Try putting a D after it - like this: 1000000000000000D
mlsignups
Thanks Mike - that worked. It's odd because it worked the other way (w/o the D's) for at least a year or so and stopped working sometime in the last 3 months.
Mike Medved
BTW for clarity, I would define a var fBill = 1000000000D; then do stuff like 50*fBill instead of 50000000000
