stock777 Posted December 6, 2022 Report Posted December 6, 2022 Very hard to control price spike/move alerts , as the sensitivity of low priced stocks is much diff than high. So a 3% alert on a $1 stock will trigger all the time, but rarely on a $100 stock. I know this can be done in code, but I like using the built in global alerts where possible. So , a price range filter in the $ and % alerts would be useful. Quote
0 Jerry Medved Posted December 6, 2022 Report Posted December 6, 2022 not likely to update existing alerts like that. don't want to overcomplicate stuff. There are other options than doing it in code (scan alerts). You can just put the symbols with the same ballpark price range in portfolios then set the alerts on the portfolios Quote
