Level II error

[timtrader]

I just received the following error.  Please let me know if you need any other info:

 

Medved Trader encountered an Error

 

LevelIIWindow GetDepthData Task ERROR: Cross-thread operation not valid: Control '' accessed from a thread other than the thread it was created on.

 

Please contact Medved Trader technical support and provide the error details

EtardeAU Level II depth graph isn't displayed.

Could you make srue that E*Trade is showing the Level II for that symbol on the site. If it does, set the logging level to 200 in MT (on the dashboard), then bring up the Level II window and Make sure L II is on (MAIN tab).  try to get updates. After it does, and fails to show depth, send me the logs...

go to FILE / Export Settings. 

Leave the checkboxes already checked, and also check LOG FILE.

Export, then email me the exported file please.

 

Also, if you can find the ETRADE*.html files in 
C:\Users\<your windows login here...>\AppData\Local\2GK\Medved Trader\Temp\Streamers

 

send those too please.
