It seems like some alerts are not even coming up at all until I click on the symbol. This example illustrates it well. GRAT:VN. there was no alert for the price change when it occurred but when I clicked on the symbol the alert popped up. I clicked on the symbol at 12:30:58 which you can see in the alert window, but the price was stable since 12:29:20.

New occurrence , backup posted to dropbox for ACB. Alerts were going off at prices below 7.80 for 7.8131 crosses. Jeff After I quit and got logged back in (when the backup was created) they seem to have stopped going off. Jeff

Don't think I am getting random alerts anymore, so far they seem accurate to what my alert lines are set to. I will keep monitoring. Jeff

Does Medved get the Buyer and seller info from Stockwatch for the raw data? If it does how can I display it? From stockwatch web page I don't see any MM IDs in level 2 either. Could this be as I am only getting limited level ii data from stockwatch ie only 5 prices below and above?

I had another instance this am, multiple times for ACB. I turned 200 level logging on at least for one instance. Lowest alert in for ACB in the alert editor is 8.06. Pics here and logs in dropbox. I just installed your latest update and will keep you posted. Jeff

Hey Jerry, Thanks for the info. The title bar colors do change when you adjust the Visual Style in Medved->App/Appearance. Eg I am using "Office 2010 Black" Are these your custom color schemes or is that list pulled from windows somewhere? Cheers, Jeff

Moved the alert lines for HMMJ by a cent and the alerts stopped. So it seems resetting the alert line fixes the problem.

I have another example if you need more data. HMMJ:CA alerts going off for 17. 0102 right now (7:26 pacific) but price not near it. I only have alerts set for HMMJ for 17.01 and 17.12. Jeff

Another instance of random Alerts even after installing the update you sent yesterday. APH was having many alerts which don't fit any of the alert lines I have set. Alert log window color scheme option for dark. Would be nice to get away from the white background, Night would work. Alert log window missing horizontal scroll bar News window background for built in browser - option to make the background black Ability to darken the vertical and horizontal scroll bars and window header boxes,even on night they are still quite bright.

I find it odd the +/- for the portfolio groups is at the bottom of the group. Would be nice if it was at the top like most apps to expend or collapse the group. Cheers, Jeff

Know it probably won't happen but figured I would put a request in anyhow Config to allow mouse scroll wheel action in charts (movement along the timeline) to be reversible. Ideally control scroll would not be change by the above config. Cheers, Jeff

Hi Jerry, I'm not sure if this is expected or not. Every time I open Medved I get a slew of alerts. So for example if I opened it now I would get them and then if I close and open it again I get them all again. most are cdn stocks and markets are closed so nothing is changing. Hi Jerry, Installed update you sent. Still having this occur not sure if this is related to the other issue around data feeds not running on active portfolios. Started medved fresh and let evereything popup. Clicked on NNO:vn then clicked up to MNR:CA, The following NNO alert popped up. Closed Medved Launched medved, well things were starting up, Iogging to 200 as soon as I could, prob after 30 seconds or so. Switched or Raymond james portfolio which was open but not on top. clicked on MRN which was already the active symbol on the portfolio Clicked on NNO Clicked away from NNO, as soon as I clicked away (back to MNR) the alert pop up comes up for NNO. This same alert keeps coming up if I repeat the above steps every time. Pic in next post.

I just added two backups to our dropbox share. also screen shots related. Backup 1 from yesterday should have the nno logging info but on level 10, ATC was set to 200 when I click on it and had the alerts and change in price. Backup2 2 from today, LTX and MNR, clicked on and the alerts went right as I clicked on them. Jeff

Hmm wonder if I have to many symbols in my porfolio as some of the symbols in the portfolio were ok which I hadn't selected today. I'll have to take a look what stockwatch supports. Jeff

Just found another symbol with the same issue. ATC. Price in portfolio was 0.59 before I clicked on it. Then I click on it and the price became. 0.58 Then I turned off raw data to only show trades and I can see the last price of 0,58

Hi Jerry, I had something odd occur today which I didn't realize until I just had it happen again. Earlier today I had a bunch of alerts pop up for FB which I have in a portfolio I have had open all day. It occurred when I clicked on the stock symbol ie activated it. I just clicked on another symbol NNO.VN as I noticed the latest price was not in the portfolio view. When I did that I got a bunch of alerts for it and the price update in the open portfolio. Also the raw data populated with all the recent prices but no Bid or Ask info. Screen shot attached of the raw data, Let me know if you want a backup or support upload sent. FYI I have switched multiple times throughout the day between this portfolio and others but never closed the portfolio. It was open when this occurred as well. Could I have something misconfigured stopping updates unless the symbol is active? Cheers, Jeff latest raw data
