Maybe an error window came up and you can tell us what was in it. Or at least give a description. Something like "I clicked on news, and smoke poured out of my computer, it said in a tinny voice "Oh mommy!" and died". Something like that would help us pinpoint what happened. Jerry Medved Posted December 18, 2013 Report Share Posted December 18, 2013 you can just go to FILE menu and select the BACKUP option, then uncheck all but the LOG.
