Index on WeBull

Today (yeserday and past day) $DJI and $INX don't work ($NDX yes today).  (In android Webull application symbols works well)

Jerry please tell me if you can fix the problem in MT. (if not, i'm ready to change them with DIA and SPY)

Help me out here. In their Web application (which I hate with a passion) - in the lookup when I type in DJI or Dow Jones I cannot find the symbol.... Can you?

In my android application, if I type DJI (without $ as prefix) the result is : DJI Index-IDXDJX DOW JONES and

if I type IXN (without $ as prefix) the result is: INX Index-IDXSP SP500

and works both.

I cannot tell what underlying symbol is used by the android app. We have to use the website. I did confirm what you see and that DJI updates in the app. However, when I open the same account with the same watchlist in the web page, DJI is there but no data. Furthermore, if you go to MARKETS on the website, they have DIA, SPY and IXIC, of which only IXIC is an index!

Not sure what they are doing there but that is why the no data. MT can only show the data that shows via their website.

yes now, for the three main idx, works only both ixic and ndx...

no problem jerry... I'll change other two index with DIA and SPY.... like few time ago (IWM for RUT)
