Text to Speech alert speech delay

Really like getting speech messages for alert. Any way to add "time delay" placeholders to be chosen and inserted of 1,2,3,4 second delays etc?

Reason being it would be nice to get the general notification alert sound you have specified on the notifications page then after that plays for x seconds then you hear your speech note spoken. I.E., Ring, Ring, Ring, "QQQ Sell Stop"

I added the ability to process SSML markup to the current text-to-speech code.

So if you put a <break time="3s" /> into your text it will pause for 3 seconds.

Of course any other SSML markup is also ok.

I think i don't have the good method. I try to put <break time="3s" /> into the text but it read it instead of waiting 3 sec.
