Currently the QAT settings are stored per window, and in the case of saved templates for charts, in those templates.
It has been brought to my attention that the current situation is somewhat cumbersome because you will go configure the QAT, then loose the settings if you load a template that didn't have the exact same QAT settings.
The alternative is to have the QAT settings per window type - so all Intraday charts would have the same QAT. All Historical Charts, Level II, Raw Data, would have their own. All portfolios would share their own as well.
If we make the change, then any changes to the QAT will impact all windows of that type.
