Fidelity and Yahoo do not use the same symbol format or exchange suffixes. Basically, you have to first find the symbol that you want on the datafeed you want to use in MT before it can show you the quotes on it.

You can have both for quotes at the same time if they are in different portfolios. AMTD will only work for US symbols so you can create another portfolio for the Norway stocks and use Yahoo for quotes in that portfolio

Do you have Yahoo selected as your quote source? I just tried getting quotes on ARCHER.OL and it worked fine.

wait a sec. I just realized that your original picture shows that you do not have any quote source selected on the portfolio!

can you just close the charts, then close and re-open the watchlist. and see if the quotes update then. Re-install would do absolutely nothing

I emailed you as for Australian sites, we basically have to wait until someone gives us access to an account so we can configure MT to login and get data.

I made some changes to the Notes editor - lets see if that will resolve the problem. Let me know after the next release

Your picture didn't show LAST. I assume it was blank too? From what I've seen, it only happens when you initially add the symbols, so if you close the portfolio and re-open it, it should be OK after that. Unfortunately, I have not been able to recreate the issue, which I would need to do in order to fix. If you see some consistent way to get this to happen, can you please let me know what it is. thanks

few questions: Is this issue only on NOTES or on others, like QTY and Commission? if you hit INS key to switch type of cursor, does it become visible? What OS are you using? Is Aero enabled?

Chg$ Value gain% gain$ have already been added. Will be in the next release. Qty - I never added it because I don't see it as having real meaning on the total rows. What difference does it make how many total shares you have of different securities Port % - don't want to add it for some technical reasons

We need access to the broker's API for that to happen. That can mean that the broker has a public API or we get the broker's cooperation. In the case of fidelity, we asked for cooperation a number of times when we were doing QT, but never got it. Things may change. Who asks for it isn't that important. If you ask them to cooperate and they contact us, we certainly will work with them.

when pressed and you then go to draw on the chart, when you get near a candle it snaps to it. I checked just now. It works. If it doesn't work for you, please give specific situation where it is not working

still can't paste in list of symbols into a portfolio

the stuff you reported before was with tab separated symbols, not multiline. that is now handled. Multiline fix will be in the next update -
Inspired, I sent you the info. Note - we do not have any AU specific sources right now - only ones that support AU that we have are Yahoo and IB (and I think IQFeed for some stuff)

Build 1.0.1389.0756 caused an issue where LAST price would not update for TD Ameritrade quotes, if you have it set to get TICK updates. I just fixed that. To get the fix Select FILE / Help / Check Updates Get the updates Restart MT (even if there were no updates)
