  1. I have it on my todo list, but have been busy with some other items.
  2. With IB, you have to have TWS running and API enabled. So, 1) Start TWS and login 2) in TWS settings, enable the API. Leave the port as default Now start MT and try to connect. If already started and it shows IB faulted, right click on that line and select Force Re-login
  3. just emailed you. You have problems logging in with Ameritrade account, email our support

    Windows 10

MT needs a full windows version to run, not just the mobile
  5. Login - you can go to SETTINGS / Data Sources / Configure Accounts... Select Commsec. UN-Check the Save Password checkbox. Then restart MT. NOTE however, MT should automatically detect a bad password, if that is the problem. Whatever the problem is, I would like to see the debug files related to it. If you could do the following, it would help: On the Dashboard, bottom right - change logging level to 100 Try logging into Commsec - Repeat an extra time if not sure if it went through the whole process after the logging level was changed go to FILE / Export Settings. Leave the checkboxes already checked, and also check LOG FILE. Export, go to C:\Users\<Your Windows Login here>\AppData\Local\2GK\Medved Trader\Temp\Streamers and zip up all the files who's name starts with "COMMSEC" then email me the exported file and the zipped up commsec files. Thanks
  6. First, update on MBT - we are adding it. The transaction with Tradeking is not going to impact the integration. Hopefully it will make the MBT Platform available to TradeKing clients, which would be a good thing. As for MT, I am working on it now. Should be soon. Can't give exact date.
  7. Right now you would need to have the indices in your portfolio.. Yes, you can easily have multiple portfolio windows open. On the dashboard, just click on the Open Portfolio tile and select the 2nd portfolio. It will open in a separate window. You can have as many open as you want. NOTE: If you want, you can have the indices shown in a "tile" view. on the Portfolio window, look at the VIEW tab on the ribbon. First item there is the Display type. Select one of the TILE ones. Refer to this post for some examples: http://forums.medvedtrader.com/index.php?/topic/1133-just-released-new-tile-views/
  8. please send me your current settings so I can check. Don't need the log
  9. don't know how that will pan out. We have TradeKing integrated. For MBT we have the market data and core trading stuff, but the trading is not yet tied to UI. Will have to find out what they plan for this.
  10. been meaning to add that. Just did. Will be in the next update. You will be able to select to have the Auto Backup occur at the start of the session, or at the end (Not both)
  11. Mike is pushing the help file because he did not get any replies on a post he put up about it a while ago, and thinks nobody is using it. I see that you did use it before posting (even if you didn't find the answer the first time). See Mike, it is used!
  12. @hueyuh Emailed you the beta instructions. MT can import QT portfolios and notes. Not any other settings though. QT registration is irrelevant - "Medved Trader" is a completely separate product since QT is owned by TD Ameritrade, not us.
