  1. I looked at the last setup you sent us and the @ESU15 charts were not set to start at specific time. Can you resend the latest setup (export)? Also, if you want the chart to just start at the current day, you can select "Current Day" as the period. Assuming you set the timeframe to CME Globex Regular hours, it would start the chart at 9:30.
  2. because the stuff is not centered and the way things are laid out. There seems to be some problem with the are that the quotes are shown on not getting updated with the window resizing. I will add some logging and send you stuff.
  3. On historical charts that would be done manually – right click on the chart. Select Historical Data, then you can delete the specific row that has the bad data. We will add the option to remove high/low similar to intraday charts as well as an edit option later
  4. Xinfinitum - If you are referring to Intraday, then it is the same as QT - right click on the chart, select Spike Removal.... Note that you also have the keyboard shortcuts like CTRL+SHIFT+L to remove the lowest point in view or CTRL+SHIFT+H to remove the highest point in view

  7. we are not going to have an API for adding brokerage sites. That process is way too involved.

  10. MB Trading - Quotes, Level II, Backfill, Option chains - work. Trading - internal stuff works. Need to hook it up to the UI, test.
  11. sorry for the late response. 1) when you say you are trying to backfill with those various sources, are you clearing data before backfilling? If not, it won't do any good 2) if backfilling with IB, there is an option for Hist Backfill (in SETTINGS / DATA SOURCES / Configure Accounts .. with IB Selected) whether or not the hist backfill for stocks should be RTH for stocks. Do you have it checked?
  12. binary options are not allowed in the states. We may be able to add those sites in the future, but right now are concentrating on cleaning up existing features and adding wide use sites (MB Trading and other large brokers)
  13. there are a lot more settings for the grid color sets than there are for the charts and coming up with good combos is not simple. Plus, each setting can involve not just the background and foreground colors, but things like borders, fonts, alignment, margins, etc. Plus there is inheritance of values, so row highlight may define just the border for example, so the rest of the settings will be inherited from the "Normal" row style, or whatever other styles. And then, some stuff is changed dynamically at run-time. Basically, it gets far more intricate and we didn't want to deal with coming up with an editor that took all that into consideration. Just the simple merging of alert highlight with the existing color style is causing some problems as you noticed. Multiply that by 20 or so. I can give you the configuration file allowing you to modify things if you wish, but hope you are handy with hex color codes (same as used in HTML)

  16. Can you please send me your settings and log file? go to FILE / Export Settings. Leave the checkboxes already checked, and also check LOG FILE. Export, then email me the exported file please.

  18. there is no work-around. The caption was included since it shows the settings for the chart being displayed.
  19. you registered, but you did not validate the email. When you register, our system send you an email with a link that you need to click on in order to validate the email. Please check your inbox, and check spam filtered messages. Seems that the message got filtered. I just had the validation email re-sent to you
