    MT works completely differently than QT. In MT, there would be just one site listing for RBC. You have to use MT symbol format, regardless of which site you are using. that way you can switch between them or use different source for backfill without having to worry too much about the different formats on different sites. (Index symbols though, are a different matter entirely). For Canadian securities, that means using SYMBOL:CA (adding :CA suffix)

    Can't do ALT - it interferes with ribbon stuff SHIFT turns off the trace, so no better than CTRL as for tick charts - actually, I think the problem is that the regular chart scrolls. because if the trace is frozen, there shouldn't be auto scroll

    Cust columns and that type of filtering would have to wait. As for Aussie brokers, right now we have Commsec and E*Trade AU setup for quotes. Can look at others if you or someone else provides me access to an account so I can configure it. Email MT support if you want to do that.

    Next build will default to double click as default and let you pick between Single Click, Double Click or None. Right click works same as now - brings up a menu and if its over an indicator, has that indicator's options at the top.

    ok, I see. Do you have the symbol in any portfolio? if not, create a portfolio, set it's source to IB, and add that symbol to it. Close and re-open the chart.. That should do the trick

    The symbol is correct the most likely problem would be if you are not subscribed to real-time data for that symbol. TWS would show you delayed data on quotes and charts, but it does not allow other programs to get delayed data, so MT would only be able to get quotes/backfill if you are subscribed to real-time.

    thanks for the feedback. I was somewhat afraid of that. We actually made the indicator detection less sensitive than initially done - previously, if you had a shaded area between Bollinger bands for example, clicking on the shaded area would also trigger the editor. Will look at how to best handle take care of the issue. Jerry
