I had the settings issue occur once when I replied earlier, but I am unable to recreate it now. Are you still getting it? If so, what is the exact sequence of actions that you do?

maybe you can help here. I was looking at that page before, but since I don't trade these futures, I don't know the names well. Looking at Nov 27 and 28, you indicated: ICE WTI Crude: (in London Time) -Thanksgiving Day -- 11/27/14, 1:00 to 18:30 -Thanksgiving Friday -- 11/28/14, 1:00 to 19:00 19:00 London time is 13:00 Eastern. I see a couple references to that, but none to 12:30 (18:30) on the 27th. What am I missing? Which exact entry on that page refers to ICE WTI Crude? Thanks

where exactly are you looking for ICE WTI Crude? Right now I only did the full day holidays for some.

Actually, its the updating that probably caused the problem. Right now MT syncs every 24 hours and if you change in between it causes a problem since MT remember the difference between your local time and what it synced and continues to use that. I just made it resync if time is changed while MT is running. Not sure how to handle it if time changed when MT is not running, and still not hit the time sync servers too often.

it is your system time, synchronized with internet servers. MT regularly does the sync. It does not change the actual system clock though, just the time it uses in MT.

Page up/page down does it. Also, you have the FIND function either as a button in ribbon, or CTRL+F where you can specify date/time

the options for email, facebook, etc posts are very much tied to another sub-system that I am planning - Sharing - somewhat similar to the way Android does it. As for custom indicators, depends on what it is, but there are general time constraints, so everything is somewhat tied together

I will check about the settings, but as far as updates, on the portfolio window, click on the status bar where it shows time to market open/close and select Canadian Equities there.

are you doing this in Settings? what exactly happens? And also, why do you even need to do this? MT already defaults Canadian symbols to Canadian Equity Markets timeframe. NOTE: you have to enter Canadian symbols in SYMBOL:CA format regardless of which datafeed you are using.

The link color will be shown in the next build. As for the symbol, that is not relevant for portfolios

do not have an API available in MT yet. No ETA either, though it is definitely something we will add in the future. Right now things are still changing and do not want to get into maintenance mode with the API. Plus just simple time constraints - lots of other stuff needs to be done first.

the last number is really not that meaningful. the 3rd number is the one that increases with every build. As far as the builds, the one you have and 2311 are basically same thing, in fact yours has 1 less bug. Anyway, I may have already fixed the issue you have. I emailed you.
