  1. 1) QTY is entered on the TRADING tab on the chart's toolbar 2) on SETTINGS / TRADING / ACCOUNTS select the account in question. on the right side on the Quantity tab, you can set the min/max to be the same value and then MT will just always use that as the default
  2. we do not have % of account entry though you can easily do a hotkey that sets the QTY accordingly
  3. are you getting that in MT or in R|Trader Pro? Did you see the instructions: https://www.medvedtrader.com/Rithmic
  4. I checked here, with PosPaid and BarHigh, not offsets. Worked fine. If it executes stuff, send me the log so I can check Go to FILE / HELP => Send Log/Settings to support menu (from Dashboard or Portfolio) And add this Post’s URL in the comment along with what order was sent/executed as for the issue with the issue with the price variation, I need to see what we can do about that. Need to round to nearest tick
  5. with conditional orders, usually the secondary leg prices are specified as offsets from the first. So whatever the price specified on the first leg, if you do +2 for the second leg, when it is actually sent, it will send as first leg price+2. barhigh- should be BarHigh. price variation error - what are the exact values?
  6. actually, you can create a hotkey for "ChangeOrder" without any change and send=true
  7. Yes, charts use the same datasource as the portfolio/Watchlist. TD Ameritrade/Schwab - actually can use them for the datafeed at the very least. BY FAR the easiest and best result option is to just open a new TD Ameritrade account. It will not be moved to Schwab until March 2024, and by that time Medved Trader will have Schwab integration. Specifically using this link: (otherwise the links on the site point to opening a Schwab account and make it difficult to find the link for TD Ameritrade) https://start.tdameritrade.com/select?entity=103 if just data - you can start using them right away. If you want to be able to trade, transfer your schwab account assets to the new TD Ameritrade account. Takes a few days. TradeStation - Level II quotes are very good. Level I quotes are 1 second updates, so of limited use Webull - no bid/ask. L II is limited.
  8. hm, if we did that, it would only work if there was one unsent order capsule on the chart and fail otherwise.
  9. NRGZX is definitely not working - if you are getting data updates in MT, it is not from IB. I did check PDX with IB and it did work, though with IB you can have some account specific odd stuff. if you still not getting it, send me the log so I can check Go to FILE / HELP => Send Log/Settings to support menu (from Dashboard or Portfolio) And add this Post’s URL in the comment.
  10. webull depending on account, does not return bid/ask updates. we do not currently support options for webull. They did not have them in their web app till recently. will be looking at that. in general we do not recommend webull data.
  11. I need to get the log file to see what the problem is. Please do the following: Go to FILE / HELP => Send Log/Settings to support menu (from Dashboard or Portfolio) And add this Post’s URL in the comment.
  12. newer version than the usual "production" version. You can download at https://medvedtrader.com/beta it tends to be updated more often than the prod. build.
  13. its not a bug. it is a status of the company https://www.theglobeandmail.com/globe-investor/globe-investor-blog/financial-status-indicator-fsi-definitions/article30959754/
  14. Can you get the beta and let me know if it fixes the issue
  15. you can drop a symbol from outside into the grid. As for MA, can't do that. those are same basic charts as the inline ones. They do not handle indicators. Really don't want to do too many customizations there. However, if you select different color themes it may basically do what you want as far as no fill. There will still be a fill but if it is less pronounced, may be OK for what you want.
  16. The only way I can see that happening is if you double click on the symbol in the portfolio. As for how to stop that from happening? Don't do that
  17. on the VIEW tab, change the portfolio display type from GRID to one of the TILE options with charts
  18. E*trade - I emailed you an update. Please let me know if it works after that. E*Trade is supported for trading only. They do not have a datafeed. BY FAR the easiest and best result option is to just open a new TD Ameritrade account. It will not be moved to Schwab until March 2024, and by that time Medved Trader will have Schwab integration. Specifically using this link: (otherwise the links on the site point to opening a Schwab account and make it difficult to find the link for TD Ameritrade) https://start.tdameritrade.com/select?entity=103
  19. that should say Deficient, not RTFDelayed. I already fixed it. will be fixed in next update.
  20. it does not stop providing service, but there may have been an issue with logins on some versions. do this. Select FILE/HELP => Check for updates. Let MT update all files, then restart MT, EVEN IF NOTHING was updated. if you see it fault again - on the main dashboard window, click on SOURCES on top right, then right click on Fidelity row and select Force RELOGIN. Do not touch anything at this point until it is done logging in (might take a minute). Let me know if it works. And as @wilburpost2 mentioned, it will not work on Win 7, though that is not an issue in your case, but definitely something to keep in mind for others reading this.
  21. might have been an issue with a bad timestamp on quotes getting into the data. saw it happen last week with Fidelity. Did put in stuff to avoid that in the future
