  1. right click on the window caption...
  2. If you want, you can get the US Stock quotes from other sources and futures from IB. Just put the stocks and futures in separate portfolios. As for getting data from IB, "Snapshot" quotes will not work. MT gets streaming only. Their change basically adds the $4.50 charge.
  3. I need to get the settings to see what the problem is. Please do the following: Go to FILE / HELP => Send Log/Settings to support menu (from Dashboard or Portfolio) And add the the Post URL in the comment and indicate which chart I should look at.
  4. and now they are back. Should be able to login now
  5. Hmmm. I cannot even login on their site. When you enter login/password, it goes to a "Page not found"
  6. I am seeing the problem as well. Checking on it now.
  7. I just checked using TDA - do not see any problem. I checked using AAPL. The hist chart is showing 02/24/17 136.23 136.62 135.21 135.49 293,647 For the Open, High, Low, Close, Volume. No changes to previous day's bar. I have MT set to show real-time data for Historical charts. Is that not what you see? Please email screenshot of both the Hist Chart and Hist Data to support.
  8. will have the value on the Y axis in next build
  9. Emailed you an update. Added: DefinePaintbarParameter(String ParameterID, string ParameterDescription = null, Boolean IsInteger = false, Double Minimum = 0, Double Maximum = 100, Double Increment = 1, Double Default = 1) Double GetPaintbarParameter(String ParameterID) Just use DefinePaintbarParameter to define it, then GetPaintbarParameter to get the user specified value
  10. you don't have quotes turned on in the portfolio. Click the start button
  11. We may do that in the future.
  12. I fixed the mixup - emailed you.... As for nothing showing when selecting the based on options you mentioned make sure you have actual quotes in the portfolio on the symbol, not just backfill
  13. As far as the custom parameter, we may be able to add something
  14. Hi, Bid/Ask is not accessible. The Paintbar operates on the chart data, which is the candle OHLC. No bid/ask data is available to it. As for the custom parameter, not at this time.
  15. We really don't want to add more settings when they are not needed. This is one such case. RSI is an Oscillator - Oscillators typically transform price information to a stationary scale with fixed limits (e.g. 0 to 100 on RSI) and therefore make it easier for traders to identify common situations in the market and make trading decisions. For RSI what is important is where between 0 and 100 it is, not where it is within the min/max visible range. You can move the trace cursor over the RSI to see the actual values - thus distinguishing the line vs signal
  16. ok it depends on the indicator - some, like RSI are fixed - that is part of their definition.
  17. the scale should change as you zoom in to the visible range of the data
  18. Indicators are already plotted using a dynamic scale. There is probably a value well outside the average that is causing what you are seeing
  19. You are using custom color sets. there was a change in the new version that broke some stuff if old color sets are used unchanged. We fixed that in the built in colorsets but not in the custom. Just find any situations in the color sets where there is a ; followed by a space. Remove the space.
  20. I didn't see those options either to be honest. the Help uses standard Windows Help interface. We do not control it.
  21. SPREAD column uses the same formatting as any Price column (LAST for example) so changing the PRICE format on SETTINGS / APPLICATION / GENERAL screen will adjust the spread as well. Default is #,###,###,##0.00## So it should show up to 4 decimals with that setting
  22. The datafeed again works in MT. No subscription needed.
  23. Don't know what to tell you. I click on the Search tab. Type in dividend and hit enter. I get 2 entries I click on the index tab and type dividend and it immediately moves to "Dividends" within the list.
