  1. FYI - we have further instructions from WebRoot for those that still encounter an issue. Basically to uninstall and Re-install Webroot, but in a specific way. If you are still encountering the issue, please email us ( support@medvedtrader.com ) and indicate which Operating System you are using and I will send you the instructions.
  2. @Felixml - we just finished the work on making the Index panel resizable. Portfolio Tile View as well. Will email you @sforce - Yes, just create the portfolio and set it to be tile view - it is exactly the same thing as doing an index panel
  3. How small did you have it? I tried setting the font really small and it still hid it
  4. No timeframe DOM - it does not hide if you make it as narrow as it will go? Send me your settings please: Go to FILE / HELP => Send Log/Settings to support menu (from Dashboard or Portfolio) indicate that it is about DOM and volume column sizing i the comments.
  5. Bracket Orders are not currently supported in MT. Once added, we would look at implementing them i the DOM as well. As for VOL column, what is the problem there? Or you just don't want it at all? If the later, just make the window narrower - MT will hide the VOL column.
  6. if MT had previous data from previous day, it may still be there. but if the data is cleared and the datafeed doesn't return the data in question pre-market, it would then show blank in MT
  7. OK if the market is not open, why would you expect those columns to have data?
  8. are the quotes on? what quote source are you using in the portfolio?
  9. and refer to this page for IB setup if you have not already set things up for it: https://www.medvedtrader.com/www/frontend/blog/Interactive-Brokers-Setup-Instructions
  10. with IB, will work. Make sure to use MT symbol formats: @ESH17 #EUR.USD
  11. In anticipation of the question - Futures and forex quotes will not work with TD Ameritrade - Their datafeed does not currently support them (TOS uses a different one)
  12. As far as password, you can enter EITHER your brokerage account password or MT account password, or if you setup a trading pin in settings, then you can also enter that. Trading tab on the chart - MT does not change the values that are entered there - you setup the QTY etc on that trading tab - if you then select buy or sell, it should use whatever is selected in the QTY field on that trading tab as the default, which you can change while the cursor is in Trade Drop mode by just using the mouse wheel
  13. you are not giving any details. What is setup as market and 100? Where? for which account? What are you using to trade - TradeTicket? Chart? DOM?
  14. The datafeed from TD Ameritrade is regular Level II. It is not TotalView. Don't know about TOS (It uses a different datafeed) but Trade Architect definitely isn't. Many years back they actually had it in development, but that was killed and they just have regular Level II
  15. MT Supports TotalView if the datafeed supports it. For example, TradeKing MB Trading datafeed has that option
  16. that is something we are considering in the future, but not something imminent. You can setup the auto backup to just go to the Google Drive folder or similar cloud storage. That way you would always have your latest backups available anywhere.
  17. 10 is not a problem. Higher would be. Does the problem occur after you restart MT?
  18. Are you running MT with regular Log level 10 or something higher?
  19. Move the mouse over the X Axis. Click and drag to the right
  20. double click on a row in the portfolio. or, right click and select Intraday chart.
  21. We have had mixed results reported. For starters, the software everyone uses does not have Refresh Configuration option. And without it, some reported improvement, some not. I did reply to WebRoot with the results. Let me know how it is tomorrow too.
  22. Make sure to exclude Mt from Windows Defender https://www.medvedtrader.com/www/frontend/blog/Windows-Defender-Exclusions
