WatchList - You can add multiple watchlists in MT. A Watchlist is just another type of portfolio, so on Port Edit screen, click the arrow on the right side of the ADD button and select Watchlist. You then open the window same as any portfolio. Ticker tape - you actually use it for scrolling or just static? We plan to add a hybrid of the index panel and ticker tape, but were not planning to do the scrolling. Simultaneous buy/sell - you mean press one button and MT send orders to multiple accounts? That is not likely in the near future. However, you can open multiple trade tickets for same or different accounts now. Also, we plan to add a multi-order window where you can enter multiple orders (one per line) at the same time, then send them either with one click to send all, or with submit button next to each one. The plan is to allow account selection for each of those orders, so one can be to TD Ameritrade, another to IB, etc.

you can either manually enter the path to the file, or click on the button to the right of the entry field that has the ... on it. That will bring up the Open File download box. You then use that to navigate to where the file in question is located and select the file. MT does not currently include any sound files with the install. I will probably add some in the future. If you want, I can post the NYSE Open/Close bell files.

for open/close - I have a full ringing MP3/wave, so that can be played for as long as you want. As for the 2nd one, would have to shorten it a bit

the import only cares about one thing - PORT.XML file. The first time wizard will only show QT import if it detects QT is installed on the same computer, but after that, if you just go to MT's FILE/Import and point it to the PORT.XML file, it will import it

save the ones you want to your local hard drive. then point to those files in the alert. I may include some with MT. If you find good ones, let me know.

Tim, Do you mean the definition of the alert in the Alert Editor disappears? or the triggered alert gets cleared?

tracking data for X min for a portfolio is very CPU intensive. Keep in mind that if we add it, it has to work right with US securities too, which are far more active on average than the AU market.

Already there. It is it's own category though. When hitting the ADD button, click on the arrow on the right side of the button and select Trade Fills Alert

1) you want to make sure the correct timeframe is selected (VIEW tab on the chart ribbon) 2) change the extended hours setting to "Never". Also on the VIEW tab.

Emailed you the beta. NOTE: MT does not currently support MB Trading. We plan to add that in the future. as for QT, 3.9.8 won't work. You would need the 3.9.8a patch. It was posted on EliteTrader a while back.
