    Just checked - didn't see any issue here. no quotes or are you referring to chart updates? If you clear the data on a symbol, does it update then? What specific symbols are not working (please don't say "all")

    ok you said chart. The above is the portfolio quote grid, not the chart, thus the confusion. Hit CTRL + or CTRL - to increase/decrease the font size on that screen

    are you referring to the text on the caption of the chart? If so, that is not controlled by MT. That is standard Windows. Windows control panel should have a setting for changing the font size there, depending on which windows Version you have

    if you have a problem with other than the separate indicator legends, then I need to get the log file to see what the problem is. Please do the following: Go to FILE / HELP => Send Log/Settings to support menu (from Dashboard or Portfolio) And add the email subject or the Post URL in the comment

    I checked and the text on the chart does change. I guess I should make sure - which text exactly are you expecting to change? that setting changes the X and Y labels axis text as well as the indicator legends on the main chart. I do see a bug where the indicator legends on the separate panels are not getting updated - that we will fix.

    I just checked and changing the chart font size did update the chart OK, as intended. Are you making the change on SETTINGS / CHARTS / DISPLAY screen, under Dimensions/Sizes section - Chart Text Font Size?

    Yes. The moving average is an option in the Volume Indicator Parameters.

    We have not forgotten about the Index Panel. Just had to change direction internally about how to implement it. In fact, I just got the base stuff working last night:

    NOTE: if the balance drops below that, it is not like MT will immediately reset itself. But if it stays that way for a few weeks, then that would be a problem.

    MT checks the account value, so that includes assets and cash. I would suggest keeping a little bit more to account for fluctuations

    From the time you created the alert. Assuming you selected the BELOW option, at the time you create the alert, the high is set at the current price. Any new quote above that price raises the high. It only goes up, never down.

    if you backfill with a source that is max 10, then switch sources to one that is max 20 and just open chart and it auto backfills, it will not backfill old data because internally, MT still thinks the symbol is already backfilled. If on the other hand you click on the backfill button, it does a full backfill and will fill in the other 10 days. Just FYI.

    OK, are you just opening the chart and it auto backfills or are you explicitly clicking on the backfill button?

    # of bars is irrelevant for Backfill. MT goes by days. IB is max 10 days. Questrade is max 20. I just tried with Questrade and get data back to 12/6. Go to SETTINGS / Data Sources / Configure Account. Select Questrade. Check what you have for the Backfill # of days.

    that page isn't really research. In the future will need to make the research option user selectable. Don't want to mess with it till then
