Hmm, When this happens, is the symbol you entered in the portfolio? or on Level II on any window? I need to get the log file to see what the problem is. Please do the following: go to FILE / Export/Backup menu (from Dashboard or Portfolio) Select “To share with others” export file protection option on top right Leave the checkboxes already checked, and also check LOG FILE. Export, then email me the exported file please.

assuming the MT settings files were not moved around, the only way I can see that happening would have caused an error. You can send us the error logs, or if you have a way to recreate, let me know

Those dropdowns show the recent chart templates loaded or saved. The order is based on last use. If you load or save a template, then look in the dropdown, it should have that template in there. If you have not done that before, that list would be empty.

The files cannot be in use when backing up. Open and close are the two times that this occurs. This is not something likely to change

the same login will work on all 3. The problem is you are entering the wrong login info. The login info is your FULL email address, not just the first part.

$RUT will not work right now. Enter $RUT:RUSSELL I will add automatic exchange setting for that one so it won't need the suffix in the future

I am not following you. Please give specifics. Symbols don't show in portfolio lists, portfolios do. "but now does not show in portfolio edit screen" - what does "but now" mean? after what?

No, this definitely goes by recent high if you set the alert to trigger when the price goes below .... If you have something else happening, send me the log and indicate which T-Stop alert to look at

MT is using 60 days lots of sources do not return avg vol, so we made MT auto calc it when hist backfill is done.

not sure what you mean by "how do you do CTRL+C". Just click on the chart (that puts focus on it), then hold down CTRL key and hit the C key. that is the same as if you right click on the chart and select COPY. That puts a copy of the image into the Clipboard. You can then switch to Paint for example and select PASTE and paste the image. Some services such as Twitter and Facebook if using Chrome Browser - also let you paste direct into the message.

Please setup the H-Lines and charts as you had them before the sync, then go to FILE / Export/Backup menu (from Dashboard or Portfolio) Select “To share with others” export file protection option on top right Leave the checkboxes already checked, Export, then email me the exported file please, and indicate exactly which chart I should sync to recreate the issue.

when you click on the RELOAD CHAIN, MT tries to get the chain again. That is the same as entering a new symbol. Otherwise, MT uses previously retrieved chain. Please try that specifically. If it does not work, send me the logs. -

if nothing shows up, that means MT could not get the chain itself (list of symbols to display). That request is not streaming. It is just an HTTP request for a page of data. Normally wouldn't matter if a slow connection but if there was some connectivity problem at the time, it could cause it to fail
