Open the Ribbon on the chart window, Click on the TRADING tab. Right click on the BUY button and select "Add to Quick Access Toolbar". Do the same for the SELL button.

UPDATE - for now, only MONTHLY option is available. We will be dealing with getting the other options enabled next week.

You do have that option. Do you want to put the bottom indicators over the main chart? or 2 indicators over each other?

Symbols in port - just the first 20 will be shown # of portfolios, charts, Level II- first 2 of a particular type of window that you previously had open will be shown Indicators - first 3 indicators in the chart setup will be loaded (after you close, only the 3 will be saved) # of days on charts - restricts the display of the data on the charts (intraday) to 10. It does not erase data.

You do not need to download or change anything at all on your computer or MT setup. To signup for the premium access, you can either go to http:/www.medvedtrader.com/login then login and click on either CHANGE PLAN or the pricing menu and select one of the paid options, OR, in MT you will notice that there is a big signup TILE on the dashboard. If you click on that, it will take you to the correct pricing page on the website, already logged in. Paypal - that is correct. However, if you wish to pay with paypal, we can take either Annual or Lifetime via paypal - just pay the amount of the subscription you want to paypal@medvedtrader.com and email us.

the free one month access is from whenever you signed up, or when we announced that MT is production version. NOTE: when we did announce, we did say MT will be paid and that the payment system is just not ready yet AND we indicated about the 1 month free at the time on the website at that time. We just made it so instead of just using the signup date, we use the signup date or 3/7/16, whichever is later.

Your account was created in 2015. Our software went into production on Feb 1, 2016. We announced that the paid stuff is being enabled on 3/31/16 to 4/1/16 and set the minimum date to be 4/7/16 so if your signup date + 1 month is before that, the requirement won't kick in until that date. That is what you are seeing. Everyone gets at least a full month since the production version was released.

Do NOT use site specific symbols. You have to use MT symbol format. Otherwise, MT is not able to synchronize things correctly.

See! you are one of the people :). We have every intention of making good on the lifetime sub, but there is a limit to the clauses that we can put in without limiting things too much.

we don't have a clause covering every possible situation, though I can assure you that 1) we have no plans to sell it 2) the threshold for an offer "you can't refuse" is much higher now 3) if someone does hit that threshold, we will work on something to keep existing lifetime clients happy If that is not enough, get the annual one. Can't say I expect too many lifetime signups, but people have regularly asked for it before, so there it is.

The chosen source is the default. When importing QT portfolios MT imports the source selection as well. Keep in mind that you can have different portfolios with different sources. Charts and layout we could not do - MT handles that stuff completely differently than QT. But you only need to do that once

it is for the life of the product (fine print below the pricing section on the web site). Lifetime option is refundable within the first 4 months. The subscription is for the product, so it stays with the product if someone buys it.

you know that dropdown list where you get to pick which account to trade? only the first one will be available. If you have multiple accounts defined and want some other one to be "the one", disable the others on the settings screen PS... if you still have issues with login on the site, email us.

That is correct. IB only makes delayed data available inside TWS. They do not send it by API to third parties

No. Designing things to most users's liking. And I do not want to create separate settings for every tiny detail. Not because it is difficult, but because it makes things too complicated. I did look here and added a check for QTY and PAID are specified. If they are, it will show zero. Otherwise, will show - representing "not computed"
