we do use Last Size for that alert, so for you not to miss trades, you would have to use a tick by tick datafeed. I do not know what you mean by 1 share triggers alert that is set to 100. All we do is check that the last vol >= the value you set.

No. TD Ameritrade datafeed does not currently support futures. IB and MB Trading do, as does IQFeed.

You must have turned off the "Always Show" option. If you hold down the SHIFT key, it will show the box. While showing, click on the little gear button on the top right of the box to get the settings menu and check the "Always Show" (assuming you want it always showing). Otherwise, SHIFT shows it with the default freestyle or Snap to Candles setting and CTRL+SHIFT shows it with that display setting toggled.

You don't have the futures symbols in the same portfolio with the stocks getting quotes from TDA, do you? Send me your setup so I can see whats up... go to FILE / Export Settings. Leave the checkboxes already checked, and also check LOG FILE. Export, then email me the exported file please.

the default timeframe for that symbol (EUREX DAX/EURO Stoxx) should show stuff correctly. You must be using another timeframe that has US Holidays defined. Click on the VIEW tab on the chart and change the selected Timeframe

There is a checkbox midway in the settings to get Beta Notifications. We have not used that previously, but now that we have a "Production" version, we want to have the distinction.

To update this issue prior to un-pinning it, as of the past month, you should not have any issues logging in with any TD Ameritrade accounts. Only difference is that the upgraded "Orange" accounts will not have some trading capabilities, like special instructions (AON, FOK, DNR) and Order Routing.

ah, that number of trades. It is also dependent on ticks. Doing ticks the way you suggested would be incredibly inaccurate. What if there are multiple trades at the same price? basically, can't do that.

tick charts will only work on securities that have volume. # of trades is returned directly from the datafeed. It is not computed. Not all datafeeds return that value.

That would be an error coming from so easy server being hit, since we did not access any sql servers directly. No idea what the issue would be. However, you should switch to MT ASAP since QT days of accessing TDA servers are numbered. Trust me.

You can do custom colors for Charts, but not for the quote grid. There are a ton of different minute settings for that. Way too complicated for end-user editing. If you wish to mess with it, I can send you the un-encrypted custom color set file so you can try, but it is not something that we will add for general user editing.

The annual subscription gives a big discount over the monthly, and you can cancel within first 120 days and get a prorated refund, so its not like there is much of a risk to the user. Forum registration is completely separate. The signup at https://medvedtrader.com/signup is still required to actually use the software.
